Refund rules

The buyer may cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item of the order, in accordance with the GTC and applicable laws.

If the buyer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must indicate his intention to withdraw no later than midnight on the 14th day after receipt of the order, either by delivering the withdrawal declaration by e-mail or by handing it over to 1061 Budapest Andrássy út 43.

It is mandatory to present/attach the invoice/receipt received with the product.

We will carefully inspect the product upon receipt and then transfer the product price to the account number provided in the declaration.
We are not responsible for any delayed or non-refunds resulting from incorrect bank account numbers or other bank details. Refunds are expected to be made within 2-3 business days after inspection. We can only accept returns on unworn items.
